There
is a magic to the campfire which we have all experienced,
at the end of the day the conversation ebbs and almost
without exception everyone gazes onto to the fire, the
flames almost hypnotic.
Imagine
adding to that sense of campfire magic the ability to
conjure fire from the forest around you. Using simple
tools this course will take you from raw material to
blazing fire using the bow drill method. It starts with
finding suitable wood of the right species and condition
and finding and preparing appropriate tinder.
